Booking Cancellations
Please ensure that you give no less than 48-hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking. Failure to do so will result in you being charged full price for a missed appointment. Please be aware that cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded but may incur a small administrative charge.

Please plan your visits carefully. If you arrive late for your scheduled treatment, it will be shortened accordingly to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Unfortunately, I am unable to reschedule the treatment to another day, time, or date.Please also note the requirement to inform me of cancellations with 48 hours' notice. In the case of same-day bookings, this is obviously not possible, so please choose your day, time, and treatment carefully and ensure you can attend your appointment as scheduled.
