Lipodissolve™ Uses

Lipodissolve™ can be used on a variety of areas of the body including the arms, chin, belly, and legs. Lipodissolve™ functions as both a method for removing fat deposits that remain unaffected by diet and exercise and as an effective technique for treating cellulite. While liposuction treatments generally result in significant post-treatment swelling, healthy skin actually tightens around the site of Lipodissolve™ injection, creating a firmer, more toned appearance without the need for lift or tuck surgery. Unlike traditional liposuction, in which fat cells are suctioned out of the body, Lipodissolve™ can be used on flabby arms, belly fat, and a double chin as injections that break down the walls of fatty cells and let the body flush out the fat as waste.

Fat Removal

Lipodissolve™, the latest innovation in non-surgical cosmetic treatments, removes fat from small areas. It does this by breaking down the bonds that maintain the solid form of body fat. The Lipodissolve™ Procedure

The Lipodissolve™ formula consists of vitamins, enzymes, and a natural, soy-derived substance called phosphatidylcholine, the main chemical component in soya oil. Phosphatidylcholine is a very safe substance, which has been used by doctors in higher doses as a treatment for high cholesterol. The needle used in the Lipodissolve™ treatment is very fine, about the size of an acupuncture needle. You will experience a slight stinging sensation, but most patients report that it is bearable.

Once the Lipodissolve™ treatment is injected into the targeted fat deposit, the molecular bonds between the fat molecules are dissolved, causing the fat to change its phase from solid to liquid. The procedure itself only takes about 15 to 30 minutes. The body uses its natural waste-filtration organs such as the liver and the intestines to gradually issue the fat out of the body over the next few weeks to months. Most patients observe improvement in their treated areas after about four weeks. The most successful course of Lipodissolve™ therapy is a series of treatment sessions carefully calibrated to build off of the positive results you are already exhibiting. Treatment sessions are always spaced between 4 to 6 weeks apart.

Preparing for Lipodissolve™ – Patient Instructions

Because Lipodissolve™ treatment is non-surgical, very little in the way of formal preparation is required in comparison to more extensive cosmetic surgeries. It is a good idea not to skip meals and to drink plenty of water on the day of your treatment. This will decrease the likelihood of painful bruising.

During your initial consultation, your therapist will perform an examination of the areas that you wish to target through Lipodissolve™ treatments. Lipodissolve™ treatment is gentler on your body than other methods of fat removal because it is gradual. You will see signs of improvement, but seldom achieve your target weight loss goal after a single treatment session.

Lipodissolve™ is only proven to work well for removing small to medium deposits of fat. If you have been diagnosed with severe to moderate obesity, then you will likely need to prepare for Lipodissolve™ therapy by first losing as much weight as possible through diet and exercise. If you are unable to lose weight through these means, liposuction may be the answer.

Lipodissolve™ Recovery

Recovering from a Lipodissolve™ is a very quick process. It is not uncommon to experience a slight burning sensation around the treated area for about an hour after the injections. You may experience some skin tenderness, swelling, and, less commonly, bruising around the site of injection for a day or two after the procedure.

You should probably refrain from any strenuous exercise on the day you receive your injections and stick to gentle exercises for about a week following the injection.

Lipodissolve™ injections do not necessarily result in weight loss, but rather a modification of the body’s contours.

Lipodissolve™ Risks and Benefits

The Lipodissolve™ treatment has many benefits and few risks, but risks do exist. Side effects such as lumps, bruising, and skin tenderness may occur at the sites of injection, but these are temporary and generally subside within a few days.

Arriving For Your Appointment

Please don’t arrive early for your appointment as there is limited seating facilities. Extra time has been allowed between appointments to allow me to ensure all surfaces are sanitised between clients.

Cancellation and Rescheduling – General Information

Cancellation by You

I believe in having a simple, clear policy when it comes to cancellation and rescheduling of appointments. This helps prevent any confusion. Please note that using social media (Facebook, Instagram etc) is not acceptable as a suitable method of cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. You should cancel or reschedule using the booking system or if that is not possible, by telephoning me or sending me an email.

You must give at least 48-hours’ notice. Failure to attend an appointment will be charged at full price, with no refund available.

Cancellation by London Massage 4U

In the unfortunate event that I have to cancel your appointment, I will give you as much advance warning as possible. Where possible, you will be able to reschedule your appointment for a later date, or if that is not possible, a full refund will be offered.

Contraindications

You cannot receive massage therapy if you:

● Have eaten a heavy meal within two hours of the start of your therapy session.
● Consumed alcohol or non-prescribed drugs before or directly after massage.
● Are extremely weak or clinically exhausted with influenza or any viral illness.
Have a high temperature or infectious disease including infectious skin conditions.
● Have serious medical conditions such as cancer, serious heart disorder, stomach ulcers or other ailments of the internal organs.
● Have had major surgery in the last 12 months or minor surgery in the last 6 months.
● If you are pregnant, I am unable to offer any treatments.

On your first meeting with me, I will require you to complete a short questionnaire so that I have a full understanding of any health-related matters which may affect the massage treatment provided.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking an appointment with London Massage 4U, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
All appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system or directly with the business.
Full payment may be required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and you receive a confirmation email.

2. PRICES
All prices are listed in GBP and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable and the full treatment price will be retained.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable third-party card processing fees actually incurred by the business (for example, Stripe fees), unless a full refund is required by law.

Where possible, clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel.

4. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed as soon as reasonably possible, but the time it takes for funds to appear in the client’s account depends on the payment provider and bank.

5. LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened in order to avoid affecting the next client’s appointment. The full appointment fee will still apply.
If you are significantly late, the appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation or no-show.

6. NO-SHOWS
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment price will be retained.
If card details were provided to secure the booking, you authorise the business to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with this policy.

7. PACKAGES, GIFT CERTIFICATES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Packages, gift certificates and subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
They may be used only in accordance with their stated terms, expiry date and value.
If an appointment booked using a package, gift certificate or subscription code is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or if the client does not attend, that session may be treated as redeemed or forfeited.

8. CLIENT HEALTH AND SUITABILITY
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information at the time of booking and before treatment.
Please inform the business of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery, pregnancy, skin conditions, infections, medications, or other relevant concerns that may affect suitability for treatment.
The business reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue treatment where, in professional judgment, treatment is not appropriate, safe, or in the client’s best interests.

9. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
Only professional massage and treatment services are provided.
Any inappropriate behaviour, abusive language, intoxication, harassment, or conduct that makes the therapist feel unsafe will result in the appointment being ended immediately and no refund will be given.

10. RESULTS AND LIABILITY
Individual results may vary depending on the client’s condition, lifestyle, medical history and aftercare.
No guarantee is given regarding specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from appointments, treatments, or cancellations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. The business accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought to the premises.

12. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. Where the law requires a full refund or different treatment of a cancellation, the business will comply with applicable law.
